Team samdesk is headed to the Canadian Security Showcase in Ottawa to connect with public sector security leaders and discuss how AI-powered situational awareness is helping security, risk, safety and defence teams understand emerging incidents, assess potential impact, and make faster, more informed decisions.

In this session, Morné du Preez, Senior Global Security & Risk Leader, shares how he has worked with forward thinking security teams to strengthen travel risk management for a global workforce. He’ll discuss how he moved beyond manual monitoring to earlier, verified awareness and a more defensible approach to security operations.

This exclusive session brings together security, safety, and risk leaders for a discussion about how their roles are changing, what’s actually working, and where the gaps still are. You’ll leave with a clear view of how your peers are handling the same problems and practical strategies to implement in your organization.
